When utilizing our image-to-video synthesis pipeline upon release, you agree to respect intellectual property and safety guidelines:
- You must hold ownership or explicit license rights to any source images submitted to the synthesis engine.
- You agree not to generate media depicting explicit adult material, hate speech, defamation, or unlawful activities.
- You agree not to attempt unauthorized automated scraping or reverse-engineering of our neural model endpoints.
3. Intellectual Property Rights Over Generated Video
Upon official platform launch, creators who process valid source images retain 100% full commercial and intellectual property rights over rendered AI video outputs generated through their paid or promotional generation credits.
4. Limitation of Liability
Showscopequst AI Labs provides all preview services "as is" without warranty of any kind. Under no circumstances shall Showscopequst be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website downtime or service interruptions during early beta testing phases.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without giving effect to conflicts of law principles.
